Meet the Crew
Captain Tom Marvel
Tom is a second generation charter/commercial fisherman (the business was started by his father, Tom Sr., in 1981). He is a fully licensed Captain (1978) and has fished full time out of Naples since 1979. In addition to the Capt. Marvel, Tom owns the commercial hook and line vessel Sea Marvel. The experience and fishing spots accumulated while fishing on the commercial vessel have greatly benefited the charter boat.
Lisa Marvel, Tom's wife, handles all the reservations, phone calls, and e-mail inquiries.
Captain Clarence Fleck
Born and raised in the farmlands of southeastern Pennsylvania, Clarence spent much of his youth working on the farm and whenever possible hunting and fishing the surrounding hills, creeks and lakes. In 1996 he relocated to Naples, Florida and began fishing and scuba diving. He soon became the co-owner and operating Captain of the
The-Partner-Ship, a 39’ sport fisherman which ran half and full day fishing charters and was docked next to
Capt.Marvel for many years. Clarence's offshore experience coupled with our 30 years of accumulated fishing knowledge will ensure that your time aboard the Capt. Marvel will be both productive and enjoyable.
